SOUR BEER HOMEBREW COMPETITION for the APRIL 12th, 2023 Meeting.
Blind tasting and rating of homebrewed sour beers by our members.
Can be any style sour beer you like.
(Kettle Sour, Wild Sour, New GMO’d yeasts that sour while fermenting like Philly Sour Yeast)
Any/all adjuncts welcome, but please list on your entry form in case of allergies.
AS LONG AS YOU BREWED IT, NEW BREWS AS WELL AS OLD BREWS YOU’VE BEEN CELLARING ARE ACCEPTED.
Please bring (4) 12oz/375ml or (2) 22oz/750ml Bottles with the new Prairie Schooners Competition Labels attached.
